Christiana Christodoulides is Manager – Central Operations at Bank of Cyprus, with extensive leadership experience across various banking operations. In her current role, she leads key Central Operations functions, including payments, trade services, advances documentation, treasury and wealth management back office, customer support, KYC and other compliance -related operations, and cash / cheques management. She has played a central role in driving operational transformation through centralisations, automations, workflow redesign, and cost containment. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles, advising management on strategic change, workforce planning, performance, talent, succession and rewards management, and previously held analytical and client-facing roles within investment and corporate banking. Christiana holds an MSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics & Business Finance from Brunel University.
