H.E. the Ambassador, Mrs. Inna Torgomyan is a career diplomat with nearly two decades of experience in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. She has served in diplomatic missions in Rome and New York and held senior positions in media and public diplomacy. From 2022 to 2025, she headed the Ministry’s Media and Public Diplomacy Department. Since March 2025, she has served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Cyprus.
