Irena Georgiadou is a Chartered Accountant, Corporate Financier and Financial Advisor with extensive experience in banking, financial services, investment and corporate transactions.
She has held senior board and leadership positions across the banking and financial services sector and currently serves as Chairwoman of Unlimit EU Limited, a regulated Electronic Money Institution, as well as holding board positions in other regulated financial institutions and investment entities.
Throughout her career, Irena has advised businesses, investors and institutions on corporate finance, M&A, restructuring, investment and strategic development. Her work combines financial expertise with extensive board-level experience and a strong understanding of the regulatory and business environment in Cyprus.
She is also actively involved in public policy and initiatives promoting economic development and informed public dialogue in Cyprus.
